FSL Trust is managed by FSL Trust Management Pte Ltd. (FSLTM), the Trustee-Manager. FSLTM was incorporated in Singapore on 8 February 2007 and its office is located at 9 Temasek Boulevard #19-03, Suntec Tower Two, Singapore 038989.

FSLTM has the dual responsibility of safeguarding the interests of Unitholders and managing FSL Trust's business, as well as its assets and liabilities for the benefit of Unitholders. FSLTM sets the strategic direction of FSL Trust and makes decisions relating to acquisition, divestment or enhancement of assets of FSL Trust in accordance with its stated investment strategy. FSLTM is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable provisions of all relevant legislations, the Listing Manual, the Trust Deed and all relevant contracts.
