FSL Trust's lease portfolio comprises 23 high quality vessels which are about four years old on average. The portfolio is broadly diversified across the five subs-sectors, namely: crude oil tankers, product tankers, chemical tankers, dry bulk carriers and containerships. The vessels are leased to eight international maritime operators on long-term bareboat charters with lease term of minimum seven years at lease inception.

The current lease portfolio has remaining contracted revenue of US$807 million and remaining lease term of 8.24 years. The lease maturities are staggered over time so that the leases do not expire all around the same time.
